When will my order ship?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $30. Shipping costs for orders below the minimum are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin processing it right away to ensure fast delivery.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 14 business days of the delivery date.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.
